B.Michaael
Branton Olfert (b.michaael) is a Vancouver-based composer, producer, and sound artist working to create multi-layered soundscapes from the sonic intersection of synthetic and organic worlds. Informed by early ambient music, high fantasy, and structuralism, b.michaael’s work synthesizes MIDI sequences and sonic textures into detailed sound collages. Recent projects explore the verdancy and lushness of Environmental and New Age music as channeled into a modern, synaptic style.
